Supportive Culture: High-energy, collaborative, and team-focusedWhat You’ll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systemsEducate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and upgrade optionsGenerate accurate quotes, process payments, and document all work performedMaintain proper truck inventory and communicate with dispatch and parts departmentMentor HVAC apprentices and support their growthParticipate in on-call rotation as neededKeep a clean, professional appearance and deliver a 5-star customer experienceComplete all work to meet or exceed local, state, and national codesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and repair (must have run your own truck)Certification: EPA Universal license required (we can help you get it if needed)Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independentlyCustomer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectationsDetail-Oriented: Organized, thorough, and committed to doing the job right the first timeRequirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen?
