Programmer Analyst

The Programmer Analyst will design, develop, and deliver custom programs to support critical business functions and deliver operational efficiencies. Working within an Agile environment, the Programmer Analyst will work to accurately size programming requests, ensure that they are ready for development, and then deliver a regular velocity of development. Additionally, the Programmer Analyst will be a key resource for Symitar core system knowledge and configurations, including but not limited to core programming requests, core configuration changes, and troubleshooting core-related issues.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Arrange programming project requirements by analyzing requirements, incuding as needed preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.Document requirements and updates to the systemProcess confidential data and information according to guidelinesDevelop reports and provide analysisSupport the Symitar core system, including core programming requests, core configuration changes, and troubleshooting core-related issues.Maintain and update the reporting environment, including data sources.Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
