Your responsibilities include:Possesses comprehensive knowledge in planning and leadingPeraton’sGlobal Framework forTask Orderdeployment initiatives.Evaluates program performance, recommends significant changes, andprovidesexpert guidance on complex deployment issues, potentially supervising others.Leads the planning and execution of major and complex deployments, including those to austere environments, often requiring original and innovative solutions, and evaluates overall program effectiveness.Develops and refines pre-deployment readiness policies and oversees comprehensive compliance across medical, training, and documentation.Oversees long-distance travel processes, resolves complex Federal regulations (FTR, JTR, DSSR) compliance issues, and recommends policy changes foroptimalefficiency.Oversees SPOT data management, ensuring personnel and Letters of Authorization (LOAs) system integrity and process efficiency across the program.Develops procedures for OCONUS assignments, resolves complex SOFA and country-specific requirements issues, andadvisesprogram leadership on compliance matters.Designs and develops new deployment-related training programs, evaluates their effectiveness, andidentifiesgaps in current offerings.Oversees all post-deployment procedures,identifiesefficiencies, and ensures comprehensive Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability.Interprets and implements complex security policies andadvisesleadership on force protection measures for deployed personnel.Resolves complex hardship, danger pay, and other OCONUS allowances/reimbursements issues, ensuring policy adherence andoptimizingreimbursement processes.Oversees the relocation and repatriation program,identifiescost efficiencies, and develops SOPs for these processes.Leads the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for deployment activities across specific areas, ensuring consistency and best practices.Builds andmaintainskey relationships with program staff and government stakeholders,facilitatescross-functional coordination, and resolves significant operational challenges to ensure seamless operations.Utilizes the followingRole Specific Tools: Deployment trackers; IMS schedule dashboards; workforce management systems; SharePoint/Confluence for deployment documentation; Power BI for deployment metrics reporting.Required qualifications:Previousexperience asaDeployment Specialistor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevelMinimum of8years’ experiencewith BS/BA degree, or 6 years’ experience with an MS/MA degree,or 3 years’ experience with a PhD. or 12 years' w/o degree or 10 years' with AS/AAA current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI levelUS citizenship isrequiredDesiredQualifications:Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.Work Environment:Location: Tampa, FLOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset trackingTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessmentsWhy Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
