Your resilience, empathy, and dedication to excellence will be paramount in an environment where every case pushes the boundaries of care.Demonstrate competence to performs the core responsibilities of the staff nurse inImaging Services.Demonstrate competency in basic clinical procedures performed in the Imaging Services according to the established nursing policy.Administers medication and IV’s safely, following the “five rights” of medication administration and within the nursing policy.Transcribes and implements physician orders accurately and within nursing procedure time frames and policy.Completes department documentation requirements according to established policy, time frames, and format including; documentation of patient care on medical records, and maintenance of patient charging system.RequiredHigh School Graduate or equivalent required and, upon hireGraduate of an accredited school of nursing and, upon hireRegistered Nurse: TN, upon hire andBasic Life Support - CPR, upon hire andAdvanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire andPreferredCritical care experience preferred andThree years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
