We’ll help you grow professionally, find (or further) your passion, and make memorable connections that last beyond the summer.The Recreation and Fitness Center is responsible for providing programs designed to reduce stress, improve health and fitness, foster connection and socialization and are convenient and cost effective. We are able to meet employees where they are on their journey with a variety of programs in the areas of Sports, Recreation & Leisure, Fitness, Wellness, Team Building and On-site Services and Discounts.As an intern, you might:Lead fitness and wellness classes (HIIT, strength, yoga, Pilates, etc.)Develop individual personal training programs.Design and assist with sports and recreational activitiesDesign aquatics programs and lead aquatics classes.Perform general office duties and assist with the general maintenance of facilitiesRequired Qualifications?You are an undergraduate student studying Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, Recreation and Leisure studies, Parks and Recreation, Sports Medicine; not graduatingprior to December 2026.?You’recurious, passionate,authenticand accountable. These are ourvaluesand influence everything we do.Strong communicationskills - both written and verbal.Leadership abilities. Hourly rates range from $15 - $30 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions.
