The role offers potential for future partnership or ownership, depending on the candidate’s goals and experience.About the Practice:We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and experienced child focused Dentist (3-5 years preferred) to join our team! Dentistry is the perfect profession for Dr. Josh, whose lighthearted personality and genuine love for children have helped shape Best Bites Dentistry into a welcoming, fun, and family-focused environment. Originally from Montana, Dr. Josh brings both an adventurous spirit and a dedication to education and community service to his work.Active Patients: 11,000+Average New Patients/Month: 45-50Operatories: 7 fully equippedMonthly Production: $180K-$200KAnnual Production: $2.2 million with strong collectionsProviders: The opportunity to work directly alongside the owner doctorSupport Team: 5 RDAs 4 are considered EFTs and 1 HygienistSchedule: 4 days per weekOR Days: 2 days/week (Monday & Tuesday, 1 day per provider)ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.Perform comprehensive exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care.Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access (Pediatric Dentist preferred per new NC rules).Collaborate with a skilled, experienced support team.Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families.Participate in community outreach and school-based programs.Ideal CandidateA Pediatric Dentist3-5 years of clinical experience preferred.Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition.Energetic, personable, and community-minded.Compensation & BenefitsEarning potential: $250K-$350K+ annuallyFull-time position (4 days/week)Benefits include: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, and CEU stipendsJoin a thriving child-focused practice where fun meets high-quality dentistry — and where your career can grow into ownership!INDDREP02
