We are passionate about providing exceptional orthodontic care to our patients, and looking for a skilled, enthusiastic team player who loves orthodontics as much as we do.If you have chair-side orthodontic experience working with an orthodontist, strong technical and communication skills, and a passion for orthodontics, we'd love to hear from you!Schedule: Open to full or part-time opportunitiesWork Location: In personWhy Join UsSupportive team with enthusiastic team cultureA practice that truly values its team and patientsA team that genuinely loves orthodontics and what we doA workplace where your skills, experience, and hard work are appreciatedOpportunities for part-time and full-time employmentFull benefits package for full-time employeesWhat You'll Do (Duties include, but are not limited to)Chairside assisting with the orthodontistAdvanced orthodontic adjustmentsChanging arch wires and tying ligaturesFabricating retainers (impressions, pouring & trimming models)Taking intraoral photos and iTero scansInvisalign (scanning, placing attachments)Taking digital X-rays and 3D X-raysSterilization and maintaining clinical standardsEducating patients (children, teens, and adults) and parents on oral hygiene and proper orthodontic careWhat We're Looking For1+ years of orthodontic chair-side assisting (with experience with an Orthodontist)NC X-ray certification (strongly preferred)Experience with Dolphin Management Software and Dolphin Imaging (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDependable, adaptable, and detail-orientedA team player with great initiativeFlexible scheduleAbility to work in both Jacksonville and Hampstead locationsExperience: Orthodontic chair side: 1 year (Required)License/Certification: NC Radiation Certification (Preferred)INDHRSP01
