The Compensation for this position can be read below.- $18/HAbout Eagle WalkLocation: Fort Myers,Florida33967# of Openings: 2Provide excellent customer service to prospective residentsby planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.Assist the Community Managerby processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the communityPosition Requirements- Part-Time up to 20 hours/weekly- Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing- Social media experience (preferred)- Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart- Experience with specialized property management software (Entrata, RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi) or ability to learn quickly- FGCU student (preferred)- Working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft OfficeSchedule Requirements:Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend#CAPREITUS
