Our team is dedicated to meeting client-driven deadlines and delivering exceptional legal services.Litigation Attorney Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary based on prehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Litigation Attorney Requirements & QualificationsMinimum5 yearsof litigation experience.JD from a reputable law school with excellent academic credentials.Licensed to practice in California (and/or Arizona).Discovery and Law and Motion experience.Experience with California Lemon Law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.State and Federal court experience.Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & SkillsExperience in aviation, products liability, and automotive warranty.Superior writing and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesTake depositions, argue motions, and attend court hearings and mediations as required.Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Conduct complex legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda as needed.Prepare status reports and recommendations for clients.Review document collections in preparation for litigation.Manage all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings through trial.This position is open to candidates in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, or other locations in California, depending on the right candidate.
