The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor, partner with business leaders, and lead strategic and organizational change efforts to transform our workforce for the future. This is a dynamic HR role which involves developing strategies for talent needs, performance management, and employee engagement to meet future business needs and improve organizational success.Responsibilities:Responsible for leading HR initiatives, such as succession planning, talent reviews, performance development reviews, workforce planning, training ,development, compensation, etc.Collaborate with the Centers of Expertise (COEs) and all elements of the HR delivery model to ensure the delivery of world class HR services and programs to address critical business needs and employ effective measures of success.Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, by developing effective HR strategies that support business goals and workforce actions.Provide fair and objective leadership in all aspects of employee relations by maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures, ensuring proper case management, and upholding the fairness and integrity of our investigation process.Support business activities that promote a culture of performance excellence, agility, inclusivity, and resilience.Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop skilled employees, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee training programs.Lead HR-related projects, such as implementing harmonized HR workflows, designing/redesigning HR processes, developing employee engagement initiatives, etc.Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conduct analysis to identify root cause, and implement recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.Champion process improvement and innovation to meet current and future business needs.
