This position can be located in Long Island, NY Orlando, FL or Jacksonville, FL or can potentially be remote with a great deal of travel to these areas., The Construction Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, execution, and financial performance of USACE and NAVFAC projects. This role leads project teams from award through closeout, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, schedule milestones, quality standards, and safety regulations., , , , Essential FunctionsManage all phases of federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutServe as the primary point of contact with Government Contracting Officers, CORs, and QA personnelEnsure compliance with USACE and NAVFAC contract documents, specifications, and quality requirementsDirect and coordinate Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, SSHOs, and subcontractorsOversee project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and change managementReview and approve submittals, RFIs, and change ordersEnsure Quality Control Plans and Safety Plans are implemented and enforcedMonitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and complianceMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholdersSupport project turnover, commissioning, and closeout processes, Supervisory Responsibility, Will supervise Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, SSHOs, and subcontractors, Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
