Description We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Level 2 specialist to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. This role is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your technical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, as well as proficiency with tools like Active Directory and Azure AD. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide advanced desktop support, resolving technical issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. u2022 Diagnose and troubleshoot audio and video problems, including Teams call functionality. u2022 Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring proper functionality and user access. u2022 Utilize ticketing systems to track, document, and resolve support requests efficiently. u2022 Configure and deploy hardware and software for Windows desktops, Mac computers, and mobile devices. u2022 Maintain and support Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads, ensuring seamless operation. u2022 Address network-related issues and assist with Cisco and Citrix technologies as needed. u2022 Perform system updates, installations, and configuration management to optimize performance. u2022 Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improve overall IT service delivery. u2022 Provide guidance and training to end-users on proper equipment usage and software functionality. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role. u2022 Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and configuration management. u2022 Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows desktops, Microsoft Office applications, and audio-visual systems. u2022 Experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests. u2022 Familiarity with hardware and software deployments for various devices, including Apple and Android. u2022 Understanding of Cisco and Citrix technologies for network and system support. u2022 Ability to work with both Mac and Windows operating systems. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end-users.
