Order Processing Specialist

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Miramar, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations, accurate invoice management, and efficient order processing. This position offers an opportunity to work in a growing company, providing essential support to various teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities: u2022 Upload and process invoices through customer portals with precision. u2022 Perform accurate data entry tasks, including recording sales orders and entering quotes. u2022 Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely communication and document handling. u2022 Assist the accounting team with tasks such as processing credits and debits and entering invoices into the system. u2022 Manage product shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery. u2022 Maintain organized records of invoices, quotes, and sales documentation. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and address operational needs. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all data handling and administrative processes. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable, billing, or similar roles. u2022 Strong proficiency in data entry and invoice processing. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and order entry systems. u2022 Ability to provide effective administrative assistance and support. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. u2022 Previous experience in managing shipping logistics is a plus. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
