What Youu2019ll Do As a Production Assembler, youu2019ll play a key role in building our metal enclosures and industrial power systems. Your work helps power major industries across the country. In this role, you will: + Assemble mechanical components for industrial systems + Work with sheet metal and metal enclosures + Use hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, screwdrivers, impact tools, etc.) + Follow blueprints and work closely with your teammates + Move, lift, bend, and stand throughout the workday + Occasionally work inside units approximately 8 feet tall What Weu2019re Looking For Essential Skills + Hands-on experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing + Comfortable using hand & power tools + Ability to read and follow blueprints + Ability to read a tape measure accurately Nice-to-Have + Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment + Experience working with sheet metal + Ability to lift 50+ lbs Why Youu2019ll Love Working With Us This is a contractu2011tou2011hire position offering real long-term career potential. The floor is not climateu2011controlled, but large ceiling fans help keep air circulating. Safety is our top priority u2014 safety shoes, glasses, and ear protection are required in designated areas. The environment includes noise from CNC machinery and general manufacturing equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
