Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in New Kensington, PA. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Manage invoice processing, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed. u2022 Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records. u2022 Utilize Peachtree Accounting Software for tracking and reporting purposes. u2022 Support purchasing activities, including order tracking and vendor communications. u2022 Assist in maintaining organized financial documentation and records. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations. u2022 Address discrepancies in financial records and resolve issues promptly. u2022 Prepare periodic financial reports as requested by management. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Familiarity with invoice processing and related documentation. u2022 Working knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software. u2022 Experience in purchasing activities, including vendor management. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u2022 Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and vendors.
