Project Scheduler

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to support complex engineering and construction projects, with a primary focus on data center construction initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining and coordinating project schedules, ensuring alignment across production, site, and delivery timelines. The Project Coordinator will oversee the full project schedule while working cross functionally with engineering, construction, site, and delivery teams. This position does not own individual workstreams but plays a critical role in ensuring all activities remain coordinated, visible, and on track. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using MS Project u2022u2003Build detailed project schedules based on inputs provided by engineering, construction, and delivery teams u2022u2003Oversee and monitor overall project timelines while not directly owning work execution u2022u2003Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment across: ou2003Production schedules ou2003Site construction activities ou2003Delivery and logistics timelines u2022u2003Track schedule progress, dependencies, and milestone completion u2022u2003Identify schedule risks, conflicts, or delays and escalate appropriately u2022u2003Support updates to an integrated production and site/delivery schedule that teams feed into u2022u2003Communicate schedule status clearly to project leadership and stakeholders Rate: 40-60/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
