For additional information regarding CACIu2019s outstanding benefits and career development tools, please visit Responsibilities: Junior level excerpt : u2022 Prepare routine to moderately complex financial activities and analyses u2022 Manage accounting operations, including debt collection, payments, banking, and payroll u2022 Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and financial statements u2022 Review and process corrective vouchers on General Ledger accounts u2022 Establish and validate commitments and obligations within guidelines u2022 Maintain data integrity in financial databases and systems u2022 Process travel and miscellaneous reimbursements u2022 Provide financial and technical guidance to team members u2022 Research and resolve standard financial problems and issues Mid-level excerpt and above: u2022 Prepare and reconcile accounts for various financial operations, including debt collection, payments, accounting operations, banking, and the Working Capital Fund u2022 Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and financial statements, taking corrective action as needed u2022 Review, analyze, and process corrective vouchers on general ledger accounts u2022 Assist in establishing and revalidating commitments and obligations u2022 Originate and post financial data into databases and systems, ensuring data integrity => Locations: Chantilly, Herndon, McLean, and Reston. => All roles are onsite . Qualifications: _Required:_ => Active TS/SCI Poly for all levels is required Junior level: u2022 Associate's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. An additional two years of equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for the education requirement u2022 Minimum two years of professional experience in financial records processing and management Mid-level and above: u2022 Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a closely related field. An additional three years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree u2022 Minimum of three years of professional experience in financial records processing and management. _Desired:_ u2022 Experience with federal government financial systems u2022 Knowledge of sponsor's automated financial acquisition systems u2022 Knowledge of federal Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) u2022 Basic knowledge of quality assurance procedures for financial data integrity u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills u2022 Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve problems u2022 Adaptability to changing work requirements and priorities Mid-level: u2022 Strong knowledge of federal GAAP, FASAB, and FASB u2022 Extensive knowledge of sponsor automated financial acquisition systems u2022 Proficiency in quality assurance procedures for financial data integrity u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills u2022 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
