Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description As a machine operator, you will be part of a team of skilled machinists equipped with an extensive array of CNC lathes and machining centers. You will work on a variety of precision machining, secondary machining, and sub-assembly projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery for both low and high-volume parts. Responsibilities + Operate various CNC lathes and machining centers. + Ensure precision and attention to detail in all machining projects. + Maintain competitive pricing, exceptional quality standards, and timely delivery. + Handle both low and high-volume parts with the same level of consistency. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of experience operating a caliper/micrometer + Machining + CNC operation + Micrometer + Lathe operation + Calipers Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years of experience operating a Mill or Lathe is a plus + Ability to show up on time each day + Desire to learn and grow in the role Why Work Here? The shipping area adds an additional 8,000 square feet, primarily for just-in-time bar stock and raw material inventory. The entire manufacturing area is air-conditioned, bright, and spacious. Employees can enjoy a spacious locker area and a second-story kitchen/lounge overlooking the plant, fostering a clean and safe work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
