Field Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detailu2011oriented Field Services Technician to support an annual laptop and desktop refresh project. The ideal candidate will provide onu2011site technical assistance, complete hardware deployments, and ensure smooth dayu2011tou2011day operation of endu2011user devices. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to support users in a professional, fastu2011paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting. + Provide onu2011site technical support to end users with minimal disruption to their work. + Maintain accurate documentation of device inventory, service requests, and completed work. + Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently. + Follow all organizational and security policies regarding equipment handling and data protection. Qualifications + Proven experience in a field services or technical support role. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Detailu2011oriented with excellent organizational abilities. + Selfu2011motivated and able to work independently. + Experience supporting users in highu2011traffic or professional environments is a plus. Education & Experience + Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus. + Previous experience providing onu2011site support or participating in hardware refresh projects is preferred. Working Conditions + Onu2011site role based in Grafton with possible occasional travel to nearby locations. + Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
