Aboutthe role Asan Infrastructure Senior Project Manager, you will lead various infrastructure projectsor a larger program consisting of individual, multi-disciplined commercial realestate project solutions for our Financial Services Sector clients, with directaccountability for infrastructure project delivery. Thisis not a remote role and does require availability to work on site in New Yorkfrom the client offices a minimum of three days per week which may also includeflexibility to work 30-hour shutdowns / system start-ups that can occur afterhours or during the weekend hours. Whatyouu2019ll do + Manage all facets of infrastructure project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. + Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. + Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to sophisticated request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients. + Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are advised in real time. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Facilitates project meetings. + Supervise progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. + Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. + Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. + Other duties as assigned. What youu2019ll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience and or training is required; eight or more years of experience working in Data Center, Mission Critical or Colocation environments is strongly desired. + Previous advisory experience as well as technical experience pertaining to building infrastructure and critical systems is required. + Basic understanding of infrastructure, telecom or data center construction project management best practices are required. Knowledge of industry trends, project management and construction procedures and best practices as it relates to telecom, data center construction project management and colocation projects is preferred. + Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment while managing multiple projects and / or programs in varying stages.
