Job Description As a Senior Automation Engineer, youu2019ll play a pivotal role in shaping and building out automation system architecture while driving innovation and operational excellence. Your day-to-day will require technical expertise engaging and guiding cross-functional teams through advanced solutions like AI, robotics, AMRs, MES/ERP integration, and digital twins. Youu2019ll spend time in the office collaborating with engineers and senior leaders, while also getting hands-on in labs and on the production floor to evaluate challenges and validate solutions. This role involves leading investigations into technical issues, enabling data collection efforts, and ensuring teams have what they need to implement improvements. Youu2019ll oversee governance frameworks, report progress to executives, and communicate with global innovation teams to align objectives. Expect a dynamic mix of strategic planning, problem-solving, and technical oversight, with approximately 10u201320% travel domestically and internationally.
