Warehouse Associate u2013 Full-Time Opportunity Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 7:00 AMu20135:00 PM _Occasional early start or late stay may be required based on business needs._ Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in cold-storage conditions. Key Responsibilities + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (forklift experience required) + Utilize reach trucks (reach experience preferred, but not required) + Accurately handle, count, and track inventory + Support general warehouse operations as needed Qualifications + Forklift experience is a must + Reach truck operation experience required + Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail + Ability to work in cold environments Compensation + Base Pay: $19.00 Benefits + Opportunity for full-time hire after 90 days of successful training and performance Pay Details: $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
