Job Type Part-time Description Job Summary:The part-time Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming in guests to the boutique and assisting them with their shopping needs at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort.Essential Functions: Perform opening duties and opening the POS system Maintain and organize display areas Receive, process and organize shipments of new products Restock boutique items that are low in inventory Inform guests of special promotions Process guest payments using the POS system Process room charges Process telephone orders Maintain floor stock and ensure the boutique is fully stocked and neat in appearance Maintain an in-depth knowledge of merchandise to provide recommendations Process returns Notify manager of any damaged merchandise Ship guest purchases as requested Perform closing procedures and run closing reports Balance bank and deposit drop Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly acknowledge all guests Handle any guest complaints and resolve, ensuring guest satisfactionSecondary Functions: Other duties as assignedNoble House and La Playa Beach & Golf Resort is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
