In this role, you will: u2022Ensure timely and accurate review of marketing materials. u2022Collaborate with key sponsor stakeholders to manage workload and prioritize weekly review meeting agendas within allotted meeting times. u2022Work with Marketing and Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure completion of agenda-related assets by all participants prior to the meeting. u2022Lead, manage and facilitate all activities, dialogues, and reviews during meetings in support of efficient Review Committee (RC) execution. u2022Manage meeting conflicts and escalate unresolved concerns using sponsor escalation process when necessary. u2022Summarize, document, and distribute meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items. u2022Support brand teams to providing recommendations that align submission plans with strategy, tactics, and timelines. u2022Ensure all stakeholders remain compliant with organizational and sponsor policies as well as regulatory requirements. u2022Oversee and manage the RCPL team to ensure business objectives are met in a compliant and effective manner. u2022Maintain 100% compliance with sponsor and Cognizant training, audit, and regulatory requirements. Location: Bridgewater, NJ u2013 remote. What you must have to be considered: u20224+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, marketing operations, project management, or a related field. u20223+ years of experience managing and developing team members. u2022Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with key sponsor stakeholders. u2022Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify inefficiencies. u2022Ability to manage complex, cross-functional tasks and resolve issues effectively. u2022Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites This will help you stand out: u2022Degree in marketing, science, healthcare, or related field u20222+ years of Veeva PromoMats experience We are excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until February 8, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $73,000.00 - $83,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
