Must be able to commit to a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the downtown Atlanta area Must be able to go W2 with client Description Our client is seeking a highly organized, detailu2011oriented Project & Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated earlyu2011career marketer who brings strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving with clarity and accountability. You will help ensure campaigns progress smoothly through the intake, review, approval, and execution processes. Youu2019ll collaborate with crossu2011functional partners across marketing, creative, media, analytics, and operations. Coordinate dayu2011tou2011day campaign activities, including task assignments, timelines, approvals, and status tracking. Support the intake of new marketing requests and ensure required information is complete before routing. Manage and update project information within Workfront or other project management tools. Partner with crossu2011functional teams to ensure campaign deliverables remain on schedule and blockers are addressed quickly. Assist in prioritization of work by understanding campaign scope, urgency, and resource needs. Maintain clear documentation of milestones, decisions, and outstanding items. Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication. Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and consistently across channels (email, digital, paid media, social, web, etc.). Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Understanding of how omnichannel marketing campaigns operate and where various functions plug in. Ability to work through structured tou2011do lists, approvals, and tracking workflows.
