Job Description Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and reporting across multiple portfolios. The role encompasses a wide range of activities, including forecasting and budgeting, generating cash flow projections, analyzing investment returns, and preparing materials for investor presentations. Responsibilities + Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct quarterly reforecasts to support strategic financial planning. + Communicate business strategies and goals, monitor performance against targets, and identify key risks and performance gaps. + Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership, highlighting key business drivers and trends. + Perform complex business and financial modeling, applying critical thinking and sound judgment to support analysis and recommendations. + Drive and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. + Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams and departments to support shared business goals. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED required. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance or Accounting required. + 3-5 years of applicable and relevant experience. + Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including model building using dynamic arrays. + Previous experience with OneStream, Hyperion or a similar product. + Adapt effectively to change while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive ownership, maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach to work. + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support shared goals and initiatives. + Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. + Solid understanding of financial statements and how they are interconnected. + Demonstrate working knowledge of public company reporting and the relationship between operational activity and financial performance. + Leverage working knowledge of commercial real estate, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, leasing, asset management, development, valuations, budgeting and forecasting, and capital markets.
