Job Description Office Administrator / Material Handler We are seeking an organized and adaptable Office Administrator / Material Handler who can manage a variety of administrative, fleet, safety, and warehouse responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fastu2011paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Administrative Support + Onboard new fullu2011time employees by entering employee information into internal systems + Provide benefits information and support during the onboarding process + Complete and maintain Iu20119 documentation + Support general office administration tasks as needed Fleet Management + Coordinate all aspects of company vehicle management, including: + Vehicle rentals + Accident reporting and followu2011up + Scheduling repairs and maintenance + Vehicle branding and compliance Safety & Compliance + Assist with scheduling safety training classes + Track and document workplace incidents + Maintain records to support future safety training and compliance initiatives Warehouse & Materials Handling + Support warehouse operations during slow periods or when warehouse staff are unavailable + Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products Specific duties include: + Reviewing production schedules, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions + Moving materials from receiving areas to storage or designated locations + Sorting and storing items according to item number, size, type, or other identifiers + Picking and filling orders for daily shipments + Assembling customer orders and preparing them for packing or shipping + Labeling materials with identifying information + Recording inventory movements using handheld RF devices + Weighing, counting, and repacking items to ensure quality standards + Entering and retrieving inventory records using computer systems or handheld devices + Preparing shipments for LTL, mail, or express delivery + Maintaining accurate inventory records + Ordering supplies for the facility + Performing other duties as assigned Required Skills + Inventory management + Project management + Warehouse operations and inventory control + Warehouse customer service + Office administration + Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Quality control and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications + Ability to work effectively in a fastu2011paced, sometimes highu2011pressure environment + Strong communication skills with the confidence to provide direction and instructions + Proven problemu2011solving skills with the ability to analyze information and develop solutions + Experience working collaboratively in team and group problemu2011solving situations + Commitment to safety and security procedures + Ability to identify and report unsafe conditions + Proper and authorized use of equipment and materials Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
