The CDC is responsible for curating par levels for ordering and managing inventory with an eye for ingredient excellence, ensuring every dish reflects a dedication to quality. They lead Back of House operations to meet established targets, fostering a culture of excellence through the hiring, training, and retention of a team of hospitality-driven A-players.
