Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description A manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking skilled Cleanroom Assemblers across multiple shifts. This role involves assembling both simple and complex devices in a controlled cleanroom environment, requiring a high level of attention to detail and strict adherence to procedural documentation. Responsibilities + Assemble simple and complex devices. + Operate automated assembly equipment. + Document final and in-process procedures accurately. + Package and label final products. + Regularly read and follow work procedures and assembly drawings. + Verify products using checklists. + Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Essential Skills + Experience in assembly and production. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Mechanical assembly skills. + Attention to detail in packaging and inspection. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with wiring and soldering. + Familiarity with assembly line processes. + General labor experience in a manufacturing setting. Why Work Here?
