Family Physician + 2115 N Wilmington Ave., Compton, CA 90222 + Full-Time Direct Hire + Reports To: Chief Medical Officer Compensation & Incentives + Salary: $285,000 u2013 $335,000 annually (based on experience) + Signing Bonus: Up to $20,000 + Competitive, comprehensive benefits package included Schedule & Work-Life Balance + Monday u2013 Friday schedule + Works 2 Saturdays per month + Providers receive one weekday off during weeks a Saturday is worked + Admin Day every other week (nonu2013patient facing) + No hospital call or rounding Clinic Hours Monday u2013 Friday: 8:30 AM u2013 5:00 PM Some late shifts: 11:00 AM u2013 7:30 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within a collaborative, team-based clinical environment supported by strong administrative infrastructure. Key Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages + Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease management + Perform physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and STD testing + Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications and treatment plans + Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies + Provide womenu2019s health, family planning, prenatal, and postnatal care + Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles + Refer patients to specialists as clinically appropriate + Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR + Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams + Participate in quality improvement initiatives + May supervise or collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants + May assist in training residents or advanced practice students Day-to-Day Responsibilities + Review patient records including allergies, medications, and immunizations + Obtain and update detailed medical histories + Perform appropriate physical examinations + Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing + Analyze findings to make accurate diagnoses + Develop and implement treatment plans, including medications and therapies + Document all encounters and care plans in the EHR Qualifications + MD or DO (required) + Residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds + Board Certified or Board Eligible (required) + Endocrinology fellowship (if applicable) with board certification/eligibility accepted + Active state medical license and DEA registration + Experience caring for patients across the lifespan + Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer proficiency + Bilingual Spanish preferred + Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus + Open to new graduates and experienced physicians This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking strong compensation, structured work-life balance, and the chance to serve a diverse community in a supportive outpatient setting.
