About the role As a QA Architect : Gen AI, you will make an impact by driving the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI solutions across the software testing lifecycle. You will be a valued member of Cognizantu2019s Quality Engineering & Assurance (QEA) team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers. ________________________________________ In this role, you will: u2022 Define and implement Gen AI solutions within the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). u2022 Build and test solutions for automated UI/API code generation using Gen AI-assisted coding. u2022 Develop GenAI-driven test data mining and optimization frameworks. u2022 Design and fine-tune architectures, pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks. u2022 Lead strategic GenAI adoption initiatives, including roadmap definition and vendor/platform evaluations. ________________________________________ Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this roleu2019s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs. ________________________________________ What you need to have to be considered u2022 10+ years of technology experience with expertise in GenAI solutions for STLC. u2022 Strong knowledge of prompt engineering frameworks and AI-assisted automation. u2022 Experience in architecture design, model governance, and responsible AI practices. u2022 Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, and LLM optimization. u2022 Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor in GenAI best practices. ________________________________________ These will help you stand out u2022 Experience in defining GenAI adoption strategies and roadmaps. u2022 Familiarity with transformer architectures, multimodal AI, and advanced LLM training. u2022 Strong innovation mindset with a track record of successful PoCs and enterprise-grade deployments. u2022 Knowledge of AI safety measures and compliance frameworks. u2022 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
