Your Day to Day As a Territory Partner Manager, you would be working on : Partner Management + Develop and execute a plan to re-engage dormant partners byleveragingour Ideal Partner Profile. Collaborate with Marketing and the Partner Development Managers to keep these partners actively engaged with GoTo. + Develop, nurture, andmaintainstrong relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales into their customer base (Across allGoTou2019sproducts). + Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions. Work on centralized outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing, the vertical team, MSP program, and Partners + Engagement --Leverageyour understanding of the partnersweu2019retargeting and the business problems our products solve to create curiosity/generate interest with prospective GoTo partners and customers. + Execution -- Meet or exceed KPIs while focusing on quality.Collect, analyze, report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution to drive conversions and qualified leads + Growth -- Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results and career progression What Weu2019re Looking For As a Territory Partner Manager your background will look like : + Proven outbound cold calling experience at a SaaS company. Strong phone, listening, writing, and presentation skills. Comfortable with cold outreach, prospect cadences, and multithreading. + Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. + High degreeofbusiness acumen and technical aptitude. Salesmethodologytraining andproficiencyin Salesforce or other CRM tools isrequired. + Strong sales acumen with experience structuring deals, negotiating, and closing, as well as building and influencing relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations. Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $63,750.00 - $86,250.00 _The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
