Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter? - Position Summary: The Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist supports in-store and online sales by ensuring accurate, timely, and complete product data is set up and maintained across Oateyu2019s PIM system and customer portals. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and external retail/wholesale partners to manage new item launches, maintain existing product information, and optimize product content to meet customer and channel requirements. Position Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain all aspects of the new item setup and ongoing product maintenance workflow within Oateyu2019s PIM system and customer portals + Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of product data by working cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product, Channel, Engineering, Compliance, and Brand teams + Collaborate with internal and external partners to prioritize and execute product content updates based on launch timelines, item readiness, and business priorities, while aligning with corporate and channel strategies + Build and maintain strong working relationships with online and retail partner teams to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve product data or content issues in real time + Leverage data, reporting, and analysis to ensure SKUs are optimized for search, visibility, and conversion, and meet or exceed content standards for assigned retailers and platforms + Manage requests for product information and reporting across customer portals + Implement process efficiencies to streamline content distribution among various customers and systems + All other duties as assigned Knowledge and Experience: + 3 years of relevant experience preferred + Written Communication Skills + Project Management & Organizational skills + Understanding of Catalogs / Taxonomy + Ability to learn software and programs + Basic understanding of search engine optimization + Experience exporting data from PIM tools + Excel Formulas (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) + Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills + Experience using Syndigo/Edgnet/Salsify is a plus, but not required Education and Certification: + Associateu2019s degree in marketing, communications or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience is required + Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, communications or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred #LI-Hybrid #LI-SV1 Compensation Range for the Position: $46,633.00 - $59,457.00 - $72,281.00 USD Target Cash Profit Sharing for the Position: 5.00% _Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent._ Oatey Total Rewards + Generous paid time off programs and paid company holidays to support flexibility and work-life balance + Annual Discretionary Cash Profit Sharing + Immediate eligibility and vesting in 401(k), including 100% company match, up to 5% of eligible compensation + Market leading health insurance including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offerings for associates and qualified dependents + Significant company contribution to Health Savings Account with a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability income protection coverage at no cost to associates + Paid Maternity and Paid Parental Leave + Tuition reimbursement + A strong set of complementary resources to support associate well-being, including resource groups, EAP, and dedicated mental health support.
