VP of Finance

Description We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead and optimize our financial operations in Orlando, Florida. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee accounting and finance functions while driving organizational success. The ideal candidate will excel in financial planning, reporting, and managing key financial processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Direct and manage the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. u2022 Supervise month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. u2022 Oversee cash flow forecasting to maintain financial stability and optimize resource allocation. u2022 Collaborate with banking partners and manage credit lines to support business needs. u2022 Provide leadership to the finance team, including two controllers and staff members in accounts payable and accounts receivable. u2022 Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track organizational performance. u2022 Identify and implement improvements in budget processes to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Monitor and assess financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. u2022 Support executive decision-making with detailed financial analysis and insights. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a VP or Director of Finance. u2022 Expertise in financial reporting and budgeting processes. u2022 Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and management. u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams. u2022 Familiarity with managing credit lines and banking relationships. u2022 Proficiency in overseeing month-end close procedures. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
