Senior Business Analyst - REMOTE

Job Description Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. This will be a remote work from home position. The duration is a 1 year contract with the opportunity for extensions or conversion to FTE. We are looking for candidates with very strong Content Management Systems experience, SSO, external web and mobile applications, and healthcare insurance industry experience. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, testing and release of customizations in the flagship secure member portal (web and mobile). This will include the addition of content, banners, images, and links using Content Management Systems & other homegrown applications. This role requires an analytical and forward-thinking mindset to improve and automate existing tools and processes for our growing customization asks. u2022u2003Participate in daily intake & scrum calls u2022u2003Maintain assignments on sprint board u2022u2003Content authoring in CMS systems u2022u2003Support daily regression testing of customizations u2022u2003Testing in QA and Production environments u2022u2003Production Support & Troubleshooting u2022u2003Gather business requirements to support customization tools u2022u2003Maintain process documentation Required Qualifications: u2022u2003Minimum of 5 years as business analyst or digital product experience. u2022u2003Minimum of 3 yearsu2019 experience configuring & testing customizations on digital applications. u2022u2003Minimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience as a Content Author & Modeler in Contentful. u2022u2003Minimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience using Airtable as a homegrown Content Management System. u2022u2003Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. u2022u2003Proven analytical abilities and problem-solving skills u2022u2003Experience generating process documentation and reports. u2022u2003Ability to prioritize and manage time well on tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications u2022u2003Background working for a healthcare company is desired u2022u2003Familiarity with Content Management Systems u2022u2003Experience with Single Sign On technologies u2022u2003Experience with the following Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Airtable, Rally, Confluence, Contentful, AEM, AI, Jira u2022u2003Background with Agile and ideally SAFe We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
