Application Support Specialist I 130363 Zurich is currently hiring an Application Support Specialist I to join their Application Support Center team. The successful candidate will provide support services to internal customers related to an application/set of applications covering a range of responsibilities focusing on repetitive activities, following instructions and incident resolution. Is eligible to grow through project driven work as well as market and product expertise that needs to be built up to meet the number and variety of customer portfolios. Applicant Support Specialist are responsible for a variety of tasks: u2022 Performs standardized operational tasks to ensure that the service levels and performance are met. u2022 Takes action where necessary to address or escalate performance or operational issues. u2022 Reports service performance to line management and provides feedback on execution of standardized operational tasks to business. u2022 Complies with IT service management governance, standards and polices. u2022 Provides input for service level performance reports to the business generating improvement actions where necessary. u2022 Supports the end-user satisfaction process and service improvement programs. u2022 Manages incident escalations and complaints, working with the Business Unit to resolve individual service issues. u2022 Supports business in disaster recovery testing. Basic Qualifications: u2022 High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Application Support area OR u2022 Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Application Support area Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Insurance Industry Experience u2022 Customer support experience u2022 Strong technical and analytical skills u2022 Strong verbal and written communication u2022 Ability to work in fast paced work environment Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. The proposed hourly rate range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
