Minimum qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. + 5 years of experience in mainframe migrations. + Experience leading and closing migration agreements, managing the full life-cycle from discovery to execution. + Experience with z/OS and AS/400 environments, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS, DB2, VSAM, and assembler. + Experience implementing agentic AI frameworks and AI agents to automate software engineering workflows and code transformation. Preferred qualifications: + Masteru2019s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field. + Experience communicating technical risks and digital transformation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CIO, CFO). + Ability to build, configure, and demonstrate technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demo environments.
