Job Description The Cardiac PET Implementation Manager is accountable for executing the implementation of cardiac PET adoption with Flyrcado within hospital and/or private markets within their assigned territory. Reporting directly to the Cardiac PET Implementation Director, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process at their assigned customer sites with the goal of decreasing the time from concept or commercial engagement to scanning the first cardiac PET patient. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Clinical stakeholders to successfully launch Flyrcado. Success in this role requires strong relationship management skills to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges, and project coordination efforts, ensuring timely implementations. Key Responsibilities + Manage the cardiac PET implementation process aligned with business objectives and priorities at assigned customer sites. + Proactively organize cross-functional teams necessary for successful implementation including clinical, operational, market access, medical affairs, sales, and supply chain to remove barriers and drive clinical adoption of cardiac PET with Flyrcado at new customer sites. + Own accountability for implementation outcomes, including speed to activation, quality of execution, and customer experience. + Provide continuous feedback on implementation processes with appropriate cross-functional teams to improve performance and scalability. + Partner closely with Sales and Clinical Applications through the implementation process, from early engagement and feasibility assessment through program launch. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Clinical Applications, Sales, Imaging, Market Access, and medical teams to ensure seamless execution and customer readiness. + Inform leadership on customeru2019s cardiac PET implementation readiness and execution risks for assigned sites during weekly operating reviews. + Engage directly with departmental, hospital, and outpatient leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive alignment, adoption, and long-term success. Qualifications / Requirements + Bacheloru2019s or advanced degree in healthcare related field preferred; ARRT or CNMT certification required. + 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical imaging, clinical operations, or related fields. Cardiology experience preferred. + Experience implementing new programs within a healthcare system. + Proven experience organizing internal and external stakeholders, managing customer relationships, and ability to manage business performance metrics. + Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment. + Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers). + Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport. Act with optimism, humility, and hustle. + Demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality to drive change management- Deep understanding of cardiac PET imaging, nuclear medicine workflows, and health system and cardiology practice operations. + Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization. + Ability to effectively communicate and influence within all layers of an organization. + Willingness to travel 50% including overnights and some weekends within the US via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.) as necessary. + Residence is located no more than 1 hour from a major airport Preferred Requirements + Experience working directly with hospital systems, outpatient imaging providers, or integrated delivery networks. + Familiarity with regulatory, reimbursement, and professional society considerations related to PET imaging. + Prior experience partnering closely with clinical and sales organizations. + Project Management experience. #LI-DN1 #LI-REMOTE For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $136,000.00-$204,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
