For more information, visit SolomonEdwardsPosition Summary:We are seeking a Compliance Manager/Advisory Program Officer u2013 Regulation W to join a large, U.S.-based global banking organization. This role will support compliance advisory and oversight related to Regulation W affiliate transactions across a complex, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings deep regulatory knowledge, LFI experience, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.Essential Duties:u00b7 Serve as Regulation W subject matter expert on affiliate transactions.u00b7 Review transactions to ensure compliance with Reg W requirements.u00b7 Confirm intercompany agreements align with regulatory expectations.u00b7 Provide guidance on new/modified affiliate transaction structures.u00b7 Support Reg W reporting, including preparation and review of FR Y-8.u00b7 Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Business stakeholders.u00b7 Support audits, compliance testing, and regulatory examinations.Qualifications:u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.u00b7 8+ years in banking compliance with Regulation W expertise.u00b7 Experience at a Top 20 U.S. bank or Large Financial Institution (LFI).u00b7 Proven track record advising on affiliate transactions.u00b7 Familiarity with complex multi-entity banking organizations.u00b7 Experience with FR Y-8 regulatory reporting.Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:u00b7 Deep understanding of Regulation W and affiliated transactions.u00b7 Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.u00b7 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.u00b7 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.u00b7 Proficiency with compliance documentation and regulatory interpretation.Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
