Description The CX Support Coordinator is the documentation and standards backbone of Paragonu2019s customer experience design projects. This role supports the Lead CX Designer by compiling notes, maintaining documentation and templates, managing the CX asset library, and preparing polished deliverables for clients and internal reviews. By handling the organizational and standards side of CX work, the Support Coordinator helps ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all projects. Key Responsibilities u2022 Documentation & Standards o Maintain and update CX project files, client notes, and deliverable checklists. o Format and produce presentation decks, diagrams, and reports from the Lead CX Designeru2019s direction. o Ensure CX templates, guidelines, and style standards are correctly applied to all documents. o Track revisions and version control so the team is always working from the latest materials. u2022 Asset Library & Standards Management o Curate and manage Paragonu2019s CX asset library u2014 photos, case studies, diagrams, best-practice examples, and reference materials. o Keep CX templates, guidelines, and standards current and accessible for the entire team. o Work with the Lead CX Designer to update and distribute new or revised standards across pods. u2022 Coordination & Communication o Compile meeting notes and distribute action items after client or internal sessions. o Collect and organize client feedback, vendor specs, and reference materials for CX projects. o Prepare visual boards, charts, or reference sheets to support client presentations. o Liaise with Project Managers to ensure CX deliverables align with overall schedules and milestones. u2022 Research & Insights Support o Conduct light research on competitors, retail trends, and customer behaviors to support CX strategies. o Help gather and organize data for customer journey maps and service blueprints (prepared by Lead CX Designer). u2022 Process Improvement o Suggest ways to streamline CX documentation, reporting, and asset management processes. o Assist in building and updating internal libraries of CX assets, photos, and case studies. Additional Skills & Qualifications u2022 Associateu2019s or bacheloru2019s degree in business, Design Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). u2022 0u20133+ years in a documentation, coordination, or design support role (retail, architecture, or consulting environment preferred). u2022 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint). u2022 Excellent organization, formatting, and attention to detail. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Curiosity about customer experience and willingness to learn from designers. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
