The Inside Sales Engineer will support the sales team in achieving and exceeding growth targets within the Industrial Refrigeration (IR) sector, working closely with contractors and OEMs. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate sales quotations and addressing technical inquiries related to Power Panels, Distributed Control Panels, and PLC-based supervisory control systems. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales Managers, External Sales Representatives, Refrigeration Contractors, and End Users. Proactive follow-up on quotations, via coordination with the sales team, representatives, or direct customer outreach, is essential to ensure timely responses and maximize business opportunities. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Primary duties include: u2022 Preparing quotations for industrial refrigeration solutions, including Power Panels, Distributed Control Systems, and PLCs u2022 Enhancing and supporting quotation and order processes, and resolving technical and commercial customer issues u2022 Following up on quotations with sales teams, contractors, customers, and coordinating with the Business Development Manager u2022 Assisting with sales initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Danfoss products u2022 Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering training or presentations to customers and internal teams u2022 Collaborating on product development, managing quality claims, and gathering market intelligence What We're Looking For The ideal candidate should possess: u2022 A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering u2022 Knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls/Sensors and related signals (4-20mA/0-10V, etc.) u2022 Experience with control voltage circuits (24V-120V) u2022 Familiarity with 3-phase power, low to medium voltage equipment, and components such as Reactors, Drives, Soft Starters, and Transformers u2022 Understanding of Power Panel components u2022 Basic knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration Systems and Equipment u2022 Ability to read and interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams and electrical schematics using AutoCAD or similar software u2022 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in technical sales or sales support (preferred) u2022 Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce u2022 Strong communication and organizational skills u2022 Proven track record of performance u2022 Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
