We aim to bring warmth andenergy to everything we do.We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Digital MarketingSpecialist based in either Fort Smith, AR or Little Rock, AR.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital MarketingSpecialist to join our team and play a critical role in elevating ourdigital presence. Were looking for an individual with a strongbackground in UX/UI design. The Digital Marketing Specialist will beresponsible for optimizing and managing our external-facing websites,internal company intranet, and mobile applications to deliver seamless,user-friendly experiences that effectively engage and inform ouraudiences. In addition to enhancing user experience, this role willhandle placing, monitoring, and optimizing Google PPC. The specialistwill also oversee the proper placement of tracking codes and analyticsto ensure campaigns are accurately measured and optimized for maximumimpact. This role will work closely with our Marketing Analyst andbroader marketing team to create, implement, and monitor content andcampaigns that align with organizational goals and customer needs. Theideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and creativethinking. This position is critical in driving growth throughexceptional digital experiences and strategic initiatives.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite, Intranet, and Mobile Application Management: Oversee themaintenance, updates, and performance optimization of internal andexternal company websites.Manage and update the company intranet toensure it aligns with internal communication and collaborationneeds.Maintain internal mobile applications, ensuring seamlessfunctionality and a top-tier user experience.Execute website updates,troubleshoot issues, and apply technical SEO strategies to enhanceorganic search visibility, including site architecture, schema markup,and page speed optimization.Content and Web Development Management:Optimize and manage websites using CMS platforms like WordPress orSitefinity, ensuring user-friendly and engaging designs.Collaborate withcreative teams to develop compelling webpages tailored forspecificaudiences. Utilize basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS,JavaScript) totroubleshoot or make minor adjustments to digitalplatforms.User Experience and Conversion Optimization: Conduct UXresearch, leveraging tools like Hotjar or heatmaps, to enhance digitalexperiences. Design and execute A/B testing initiatives to improvecampaign performance and user engagement.
