This position will support the corporate centralized procurement functions and sustainability efforts of all SBUS&s. This role involves collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers to meet organizational needs efficiently.EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION:2-5 years of procurement and data analysisBachelor&s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance or related fieldKnowledge of general purchasing and accounting practicesExperience/knowledge in an ERP system, preferably SAPStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; must be detailed orientedAbility to travel (u0026lt;5% of time)REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:This position reports to the VP of Procurement and SustainabilityESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Analyze spending, market trends, and supplier performanceAnnual vendor billing auditsDevelop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting toolsAssist in RFP processes and vendor evaluationsSupport contract negotiations with data insights and benchmarkingAssist with process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with finance, operation, procurement, and sustainability on procurement-related initiativesCROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:Work with departments to understand procurement needsSupport budgeting and cost analysis effortsAssist in research and implementation of any sustainability focused projectsLead by example and emulate High Philosophy: Building Trustworthy Relationships and Being Innovative LeadersCollaborate with all departments to provide procurement service and guidancePerform other duties and tasks, as assigned, within the scope of the job responsibilities
