Customer Experience Associate - MCS

Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customersu0027 needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand pletion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO 0830-1700, TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. WORK AS A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE AT MILITARY CLOTHING, YOUu0027LL WORK AT THE DX COUNTER. YOU?LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING OUR SERVICE MEMBERS GET THE UNIFORMS THEY NEED. YOU?LL NEED TO HAVE AN ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND BE A QUICK LEARN-ER. WITH YOUR EXPERT KNOWLEDGE, CUSTOMERS WILL BE ABLE TO SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE- KNOWING THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH SIZING, FINDING PINS, AND ANYTHING ELSE THEY WILL NEED. YOU?LL REMAIN UP TO DATE WITH ANY POLICY CHANGES. MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU?LL KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
