Job Description

Description We are looking for a Benefits Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle benefit-related data management, compliance processes, and provide critical backup support for various payroll and benefits functions. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Workday and Zendesk. The assignment is fully remote and offers an initial duration of three months with potential for extension. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage benefit-related data within Workday, conducting audits to ensure accuracy and running reports to update information as needed. u2022 Provide backup support for payroll processes, including retro deduction cycles and leave of absence administration. u2022 Assist with processing Life Events and benefit changes for new team members, ensuring timely responses to inquiries from colleagues and managers. u2022 Complete essential compliance forms such as QMSCOs and Medicare Requests for Employment Information. u2022 Support the benefits team in handling 401k administration and other benefit functions as required. u2022 Maintain accurate records and oversee sensitive data with high attention to detail. u2022 Collaborate with HR and managers to resolve benefit-related issues efficiently. u2022 Use advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups, to analyze data and generate reports. u2022 Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to benefits administration. u2022 Provide exceptional customer service and communication to address benefit inquiries effectively. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or an HR-related field. u2022 Proficiency in Workday and Zendesk ticketing systems is essential. u2022 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and vlookups. u2022 Strong knowledge of benefit-related regulations, including enrollment and life events. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. u2022 Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing time effectively. u2022 High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with sensitive data. u2022 Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
