_A growing electronics manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Machinist to join their team. Qualified candidates will be self-directed and quality minded._ _$2_ _4_ _-_ _30_ _per hour_ _, plus_ _$2 shift differential -_ _Monday -_ _Thursday 1pm_ _to 1_ _1_ _:30pm_ _Qualified individuals will possess the following skills:_ _Associates degree or completion of an apprenticeship in Machine/Tool and Die Technology_ _Ability to run and set up_ _both_ _conventional and program CNC equipment_ _3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment_ _ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_ _Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerance of finished workpiece, the sequence of operations, and setup requirements._ _Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece as guides for subsequent machining._ _Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, and drill presses._ _Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media._ _Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required._ _If this is a role that interests you and youu2019d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
