Job Summary Weu2019re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable web applications for our internal Sales Team. You will work closely with other development team members to create exceptional software that helps our clients grow their businesses. Specifically, you will build polished application code for your team's applications & services, iteratively improve the design and information architecture of the entire application, help your team interpret and translate designs into development ready assets and specs, and collaborate with and mentor your cross-functional team members. Youu2019ll work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver fast, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves clean code, strong UX, and mentoring other developers. You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite. Responsibilities + Design, build and maintain complex front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks using Vue + Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and scalable code + Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the Playwright framework, typically TypeScript + Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility + Collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams to define and deliver features + Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers + Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) + 5 years of professional front-end development experience + Extensive experience with modern frameworks such as React , Vue , or Angular + 2 years of experience using C# and .NET frameworks for building applications with enterprise design patterns. + Full-stack experience is a must with a background in writing SQL stored procedures. + Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3 + Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance + Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL + Proficiency with version control systems (Git) + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Technical Interview Requirement: Candidates are encouraged to present a coding or personal project they have previously worked on and are comfortable walking through with the team during the technical interview. Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) + Minimum Salary: $111,300 + Maximum Salary: $161,700 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
