Key Responsibilities: + Understand member assessments, needs and outcomes + Manage scheduling software for quality care + Create biweekly schedules matching authorized service hours + Ensure members always receive attended services + Provide professional, responsive customer communication + Update systems, schedules as conditions change + Maintain on-call coverage rotation requirements Ideal Candidate Profile: + Promote mission, values, professionalism + Communicate effectively with teams, customers + Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, sound judgment + Maintain safety, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance + Improve processes, meet organizational goals + Meet physical job requirements + Hold relevant degree or experience + Strong computer, organization, communication skills Ready to Apply?
