Preferred is hiring an onsite Experienced Bilingual Spanish Speaking Caregiver Service Specialist We are looking for someone that has at least 2 years of caregiver management experience. We offer weekly pay between $24.00-25.00 an hour Office Hours Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm. Office Address: 391 E 149th ST, Ste 314 & 315 Bronx, New York 10455 United States Our Benefits: + Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage + 401(k) retirement plan + Paid time off and holidays + Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives + Flexible options to support a balanced life Responsibilities What You'll Do: + Caregiver roster management u2013 maintain preferences and desired hours and ensures information is accurate and update to date in all systems + Monitors the performance of assigned caregivers who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service. + Ensures ongoing Caregiver compliance according to state requirements that may include in-service trainings, additional background checks, etc. + Proactively reaches out to new caregivers to welcome and support them. + Communicates with caregivers through regular touchpoints and provides recognition and engagement opportunities. + Reviews caregiver satisfaction surveys and takes actions where needed. + Appropriately handles caregiver questions and issues + Performs other related duties as assigned. + This description reflects assignment of essential functions; management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time that are not listed above. Qualifications What You'll Bring: + Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. + Able to supervise staff and provide necessary feedback to improve overall services. Identifies and progresses toward meeting personal and professional goals. + Strong problem-solving skills; ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner. + Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. + Proficient computer skills. Preferred experience with HHAexchange, , Nevvon. + Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude. Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner. Education and Experience: + At least 18 years of age. + High school graduate or GED required. + Two (2) years of caregiver management, customer service or related experience. + Other Requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.
