Overview Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our office in Sarasota, FL. Summary : We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiting Specialist (Spanish/English) to manage full-cycle recruitment for a growing home care services organization. In this role, you will lead caregiver recruitment efforts by developing creative local sourcing strategies, engaging candidates through an applicant tracking system, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and orientation scheduling. Youu2019ll work closely with internal stakeholders to align on staffing needs, track applicant progress, and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with operations teams, and helping connect compassionate caregivers with meaningful work. Responsibilities Responsibilities: + Build applicant pools through outreach to community organizations, schools, and hiring events + Screen and interview candidates; extend offers to qualified applicants + Complete onboarding tasks including background checks, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork + Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure compliance and a strong first impression + Lead two weekly New Hire Orientation sessions (one in English, one in Spanish) + Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) + Support reputation efforts by encouraging reviews from new hires + Track and report hiring metrics for assigned locations Qualifications Qualifications: + Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) + Experience in high-volume recruiting + Comfortable presenting and leading small groups (orientation sessions) + Strong organizational and communication skills + Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems + High School Diploma or GED required; Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred + Valid driveru2019s license and access to reliable, insured transportation + Experience with independent contractor (1099) registries is a plus
